Nightmare for Richard at Hastings today

Nightmare for us here, it seems. No-one wants to have a stab at this? I'll set the ball rolling with 1. Nd6 h2 2. e7 h1=Q+ 3. Ke6, which might hold but I'm far from convinced it's right.
